Our offer also includes technical chromium plating of the rollers. We apply chromium by galvanizing, the hardness of chromium is 63 HRC. The roughness we get when polishing the roller is Ra = 0.04 um. In addition to recovering used chrome rollers, we also make new complete rollers with a chrome coating.

SPOT REPAIR OF THE CHROME AND STEEL ROLLERS
We also have the option of RECOVERING chrome / steel rollers (filling losses, dents) without removing the rolles from the machine. Grinding the roller in the machine is performed by a specially adapted grinding attachment.
Recovering and new ceramic and chrome anilox rollers
In cooperation with the best suppliers, we also offer recovering and new anilox rollers with ceramic and chrome coating. These rollers are used in flexographic and offset printing and as dosing rollers in coating and varnishing machines. A separate group of these rollers are glue rollers intended for cardboard boxes.
