If minimum diameter of roller allows it, we grind rubber rollers until any irregularities or defects disappear. We grind rubber rollers and sleeves on CNC and conventional grinders.

Rollers requiring high grinding accuracy can be ground and then polished to roughness Ra = 0.2 -0.3 um.
After arranging delivery date in advance, we grind rollers immediately after its delivery to our company.
