DOCTOR BLADES
Our offer includes doctor blades from an Italian manufacturer with 90 years of experience in the production of high-quality doctor blades made of Swedish steel. We offer doctor blades for flexographic, rotogravure and offset printing machines.
WING LAMELLA
Special pre-sharpened doctor blades offer exceptionally high print quality, longer blade life, slower and more uniform blade wear, reduced blade bending, elimination of steel burrs, and better chamber sealing, resulting in less ink spitting and waste (in flexographic printing). They also provide fewer oscillation-related cracks (in gravure printing) and quick start-up time thanks to the rounded Mirror Edge® tip.
SC – LAMELLA
The standard pre-sharpened doctor blade ensures excellent print quality under any conditions, provides a fully satisfying balance of durability to quality, and also offers quick start-up time thanks to the rounded Mirror Edge® tip.
TMC – BEVEL
A simple pre-sharpened doctor blade is ideal for high-pressure working conditions (minimal blade deformation), excellent for short runs, and also provides the fastest start-up time thanks to the very thin rounded Mirror Edge® tip.
N-ROUND EDGE
A doctor blade with rounded edges is characterized by the highest blade stiffness, long blade life, and slower start-up time (dependent on thickness). It offers average print quality and is recommended for label printing and aniloxes with a low line count per centimeter.
TYPE OF MATERIALS USED
CBG manufactures doctor blades made of carbon steel, stainless steel, and ceramic.
In addition to steel doctor blades, we also offer plastic doctor blades.
