RUBBER ROLLERS AND SLEEVS FOR PRINTING

Rubber coatings used for printing rollers and printing sleeves are characterized by high resistance to the type of paint used. We use rubber compounds resistant to water-based, solvent-based and UV paints. Rubber sleeves are offered for full covering printing or in laser engraved option – for “endless” printing. Rubber coatings for transport rollers and guide rollers have increased resistance to high pressure, abrasion and tearing. For transport rollers, pulling rollers, guide rollers and pressure rollers, where heavy loads occur, we can alternatively use polyurethane, which is characterized by longer lifespan than rubber.

ROLLERS AND SLEEVES FOR LAMINATION

In addition to rubber rollers, we refurbish and supply new rubber sleeves for laminating machines. We offer refurbishment of rollers and sleeves for solvent and solvent-less lamination.

Rubber compounds used for sleeves and rubber rollers for lamination are usually offered in rubber hardness range of 75-92 ShA, depending on the type of machine and customer requirements.

CORRUGATED/PAPER PACKAGING

For companies from corrugated industry, we refurbish ink doctor rubber rollers, laminating rollers and feed rollers. If needed rubber rollers are ground into a barrel, the value of the barrel depends on the diameter and length of the cylinder. We offer grooving of rubber rollers according to drawing sent by customer or based on our measurements.
