CHROME PLATING OF ROLLERS
We offer chrome plating of rollers with technical chrome. We refurbish and manufacture new chrome rollers to offset printing machines and any other where chrome rollers work. Chromium is applied by electroplating, the hardness of chrome is 63 HRC. The roughness obtained by grinding chrome and then polishing is Ra = 0.04 um.
After refurbishment, chrome rollers can successfully work in machine for a long period of time
often even longer than rollers originally used.
In addition to refurbishment chrome rollers, we manufacture new chrome rollers based on drawing or reference roller.
We do not chrome aluminium shafts.

- chrome rollers from offset printing machines for KBA, Heidelberg, Komori, Hamada and Ryobi
